Pre-Session Virtual Program
The Anchorage Triple Impact Leadership Program  includes the 7-week Positive Intelligence virtual program to be completed prior to the beginning of the 10-day in-person Triple Impact Leadership Program. 
Time Frame
Positive Intelligence Program
Conducted virtually in small cohorts of 3-4.
Weekly videos will be posted on Fridays starting January 3rd. Then, 1-hour virtual cohort meetings starting the week of January 6th will be held at an agreed upon time, preferably before Tuesday morning of each week. All other activities are self-paced and app driven. 
Triple Impact Leadership Sessions
Ten all-day, in-person, intensive sessions are held January 2025 to May 2025. Sessions are on Thursday and Fridays from 9am to 5pm.

  • February 20th and 21st
  • March 20th and 21st
  • April 17th and 18th 
  • May 15th and 16th 
Online and Individual Coaching
Online workspace and individual coaching occurs in between intensives. ​
Location
Positive Intelligence Program is web-based and meetings are by Zoom. Triple Impact Leadership intensives are in Anchorage - Aloft Anchorage,  310 W 36th Ave.

Class Size
10 - maximum
The class size and diversity of participants is intentional in order to provide you an opportunity to broaden your network with leaders from parts of the community and to learn from differences. ​
Tuition
Tuition for the 10-day program and Positive Intelligence training is $5,000 per person.
