J. Gwen Kennedy, Ph.D. is the owner and Principal consultant. She collaborates with Wendy Fraser, Ph.D. and Evan Hall to deliver the Triple Impact Leadership Program in Alaska. Dr. Kennedy also collaborates with other professionals on change efforts where diverse skills and experiences are important to meet the client's needs.

Strategic Planning
Facilitate board and staff strategic planning work sessions to help build a common understanding of the current state, the desired state, and what role the board and staff play in moving the organization forward. A strategic action plan will include strategic direction, core areas of focus, areas of accountability and timelines.

Team Development
Work with groups to clarify purpose, desired outcomes, roles and responsibilities, workflow, decision-making and communication process, and feedback to ensure alignment and achievement of desired outcomes. Embrace differences and facilitate difficult conversations to strengthen relationships and improve performance.

Designing & Facilitating Group Processes Co-design and facilitate group processes with a focus on sharing information, gathering feedback, prioritizing work, or collaborative decision-making. Design small and large group activities to engage participants, strengthen relationships, provide a safe space for challenging each other’s thinking, and deepen understanding of complex issues.

Individual Coaching Through a coaching contract, set goals with one’s supervisor to further develop one’s leadership skills, address areas for development, and create a feedback process to assess achievement of coaching goals. Utilize multiple resources including the Triple Impact Leadership disciplines and leading change model, self-assessment tools, and Positive Intelligence.
