Professional Development Programs

Kennedy & Associates provides a range of organizational development consulting services, working with all levels of the organization including the individual, groups, and the whole organization within the context of the greater whole. 

Kennedy & Associates also provides two professional development programs: Triple Impact Leadership and the Facilitator's Study Group. 
Kennedy & Associates offers two public programs: 1) the Triple Impact Leadership Program and 2) the Art of Group Facilitation. These programs are offered on a bi-annual to annual basis. Organizational Development Services

Coaching
  • Coaching executives, senior managers, supervisors and professionals in problem analysis, strategic decision-making, learning from differences, and asking for and receiving feedback.
  • Coaching project and team leaders on group dynamics and facilitating change.
  • Coaching emerging leaders in being conscious and intentional, being of choice, and empowering themselves and others.
  • Coaching seasoned leaders and boards utilizing 360 feedback. 
Facilitating Groups
  • Co-designing and facilitating small and large group activities including strategic planning work sessions, team development efforts, and staff retreats. 
  • Regularly facilitate annual Board strategic planning sessions. 

Facilitating Processes
  • Facilitating collaborative efforts with community leaders, leadership teams, committees, and project management teams. 
  • Examples: Borough-wide coalition strategic-collaboration initiative, state-wide and regional tele-medicine initiatives.
