​Each year J. Gwen Kennedy, Ph.D. teaches a 1-day class on the disciplines and tools of Organization Development as part of the Foraker Certificate program.

The module includes:  
  1. the history and definition or organization development (OD),
  2. an introduction to and practice of four core OD disciplines: system thinking, data gathering, support systems, and feedback
  3. intervention techniques at the individual, group and organization level
  4. collaborative problem analysis and generating intervention strategies and next steps
