A peer group and individual coaching to help problem solve and explore possible approaches to addressing complex issues.
Deeper understanding and practice in facilitating dialogue to strengthen relationships and group effectiveness.
Effectively manage groups and interpersonal relationships even in a virtual environment.

The planned change process includes contracting and re-contracting, data gathering, intervening strategies and techniques, feedback and evaluation, and disengaging. You will practice the leadership skills of reflective learning, strategic thinking, collaborative decision-making, and effective implementation.
Targeted Participants: This program is designed for mid-career professionals, supervisors, managers, program directors, and executives. It is especially designed for those who are willing to explore who they are as leaders and who want tools and support to achieve their goals personally, in relationships, in organizations, and in their communities.

Five, half-day virtual, intensive sessions from January 2021 to May 2021. Sessions are on the second Monday’s from 8:30am to 12:30pm.
Four, small group coaching sessions, in-between intensives. Groups will determine their schedules.
On-line workspace and optional individual coaching, in-between intensives.
Class size: 12 - maximum The class size and diversity of participants is intentional in order to provide you an opportunity to broaden your network with leaders from various sectors of the community and to learn from differences.
